another one!

there are few things that i truly hate in people, but being rude has really got to be on the top of my list. i mean really, kristina is right, i need to stop being so nice and just bitch back, because some people can be real mean asses.

i was sooo freaking mad after 5th period today, but talking to kristina after school helped. so i've really just got to dedicate this post to her, because everytime i talk to her she'll say "oh yeah that's right, i read your blog" and just simply amaze me :) thanks kristina!

but i guess all this work and no play has just gotten me in a grouchy mood. so today i went on myspace!!!!!! and soooompi!!! (which i havent done in forever) and right now i'm listening to the AMAZING jonas brothers, and life is feeling pretty sweet again. ahhh....

i still really need to catch up on my 90210 and Privileged though. i've only been keeping up through commercials, because i mean that's really all you need to watch to know what's going on, but stilllll! i havent watched 90210 for weeeeks. luckily i've tuned in for a few of the latest Privileged episodes, but i'm sure i'm still missing a few of those older episodes! i dont like Gossip Girls though. even though i kinda get addicted to it, i reallly dont like it because all of the girls are so skanky and backstabby-- how was it a best seller? bleghh. hot guys, pretty girls... but its just not working for me.

i'm kinda regretting not LOOOVVIINNGG the jonas brothers when i went to their concert, because now i love them.

listen to their new album. i love their last one too!!!!

i've noticed that since i started wearing those glasses i bought tommy over the summer, these past two days, i've gotten longer glances my way in the hallways from people! apparently people have noticed, so i've heard.

i'm so disappointed that seniors didn't win float building this year. we seriously suck, we havent won once all four years. and its not even that we didnt win, we got disqualified because we cheated!!! well, i heard that the juniors cheated too... but i wonder why they didn't get disqualified...

i realized, that i didnt take any good pictures at homecoming last weekend. maybe i'll go to christina's homecoming and take good pictures. omg, i neeeed a haircut. my split ends are killer. just ask elizabeth and melanie.

finally it is that time

Finally it is that time, the time where WE (pachia and i) ARE SENIORS. Well Pachia is not officially a senior until Tuesday when she starts school. I've already had my first week of school over. Can you believe it? I've had my LAST first day of school already. It is still kind of scary to think of---my last year of high school, no way. The only bad thing is that I am one of the "oldest" in the school. And I don't know like 80% of the schools because they are full of underclassmen. I knew a lot of upperclassmen, even when I was a freshman but now I am an upperclassmen and my underclassmen friends are very few. Well maybe I will make more later when club activities start and I am in quite a few clubs (and officier for every one of them). I am looking forward to making new friends and getting to know my senior classmates who I have not met already.

On Friday, our first senior event was the SENIOR SUNRISE. We had to get to the stadium at 6am. I got there at like...6:20. So the sun was already up but it was still fun to hang out. We just mostly ate pancakes, took lots of pictures and just messed around until school started at 7:45. It was still great hang out time tho.

Do you like our senior shirts?
I think they are okay.

I am looking forward to the events to come, the friends to come, the ups and downs of the year to come. Bring it on I SAY!

goals for senior year.
  1. don't lose sight of your dreams
  2. dont lose sight of your goals
  3. procastination, once again, is BADDD
  4. dont avoid applications and hard work because you are scared of the future
  5. stay focused
  6. keep grades up
  7. dont stress yourself out (or you will have an ulcer)
  8. dont get depressed at all
  9. have fun, and lots of iiiiittttt
  10. dont let anything or anyone stop you from having a kickass year.
  11. go to a jonas brothers concert

So I am freaking addicted to this song. (EDIT: ADDED NUMBER 11)

fangirling once again.

i just watched camp rock yesterday, since i don't have cable anymore and am suddenly no longer updated with the rest of the world. actually i watched it at marissa's house before we went to the drive in theatres about two days ago, but then yesterday my sister's wanted to watch it, so i found it online somewhere, and they've been watching it all night and morning! i like it though. it's kinda reeeeaaallyyyyy cliche and the storyline is sooo predictable, but still, it's cute. disney movies always gotta give us that fuzzy feeling inside :D and besides, the jonas brothers... :OMG!

okay, so i recently saw these pictures of the jonas brothers from cosmogirl, and joe was not looking mighty fine. something was wrong with his hair, and he just didn't seem as cute as usual. NICK, however, was looking preettyy cute :) and kevin just loooked like kevin (haha). witness below please:

the point is, however... that after watching camp rcock.. ahhhhhh! JOE IS SUCH A CUTIE!!!! and so is nick, muahahaha. i guess it's one of those things, where you've just got to see them in action to really see them for who they are. for example, in concert, kevin has got to be my favorite because i love that pelvic thrust he does with his guitar.. onmgggg, its sooooo sexy.

ahh.. anyways, tommy went camping this weekend, so it's lonely being home all day. marissa and i randomly applied for work at this secondhand store called Crossroads, but i don't think i'm going to get accepted-- i don't mind though, it was just a spur of the moment thing. Crossroads is a cute store though. people have been telling me about it forever, but i just never got the chance to go. however even though they have good name brand clothes and stuff, i still like regular thrifting better because its cheaper and simply because real thrifting is always so much more fun! after all that fun stuff, T.P. went to go watch the love guru, and it was pretty funny. not as great as i thought it would be, but it was good enough. i loved the "cut the pickle... tickle, tickle!" parts, haha. and the "TM!" parts as well.

this song reminds me of wondergirls.
Too Cool - Meaghan Jette Martin

Gotta Find You - Joe Jonas

songs that i can listen to over and over.

I was listening to my little sister's mp3 today and we both download a ton of songs and she actually listens to them ALL and picks out the best ones and puts them on her mp3 so most of her songs are the best picks. Gawd my sister is listening to better music than me. Whenever I get on the computer I just play all my music in my files at random but for some reason I usually don't hear the new songs at random. For some reason, I like music but I usually tune out the lyrics. I don't always listen to the lyrics. I know it is dumb for those crazy music fanatics who know every word and every beat to their favorite songs but that is how I listen to music. I am more for the rhythm and the beat than the lyrics. I remember in middle school I had a friend who was crazy over Eminem and she knew all the lyrics to his songs AND when he would take a breath between raps. Pretty crazy right? I am a fan of certain artists but I have never been a CRAZY fan who stalks that artist's webpage/myspace/forum constantly. I really cannot focus so much devotion for one artist. I can be fangirly but looking at certain fangirls online on forums, I am a bit jealous. I can never be that devoted to an artist. I truely would love to meet certain artists but I probably wouldn't deserve it as much as some crazy fangirls who really obsess over them. But I do respect devoted fans. They have a passion for their favorite artist. And that makes me a bit jealous. I have never had a passion for a certain person ever. I think. I've had close feelings but not as near close as some people.

Anyways, back to lyrics. When I do actually stop and listen to the lyrics of songs, they are amazing. It opens a whole new world. I am really astounded by people who write songs. I wish I could. I mean first to think of the WORDS then to think of how the WORDS go with MELODIES and to make the WORDS COME ALIVE. It is truely amazing. And to think that those words that turns into a song actually brings a meaning to other people. It is crazy.

Well here are my little picks that I love.

I love the Strokes. Not a true passion but I have a great fondness for them. They are unique to me. They have this sound that bring memories. Julian Casablancas' voice reminds me of last year, sophmore year. It reminds me of Marie Antoinette (the movie haha), talking to Vivian (I listened to them after hearing them on her myspace), fall to spring, Amelie (the movie), Science of Sleep (the movie), going to Min's house, summer shorts.

Not sure where my little sister found this band but I like their sound. Though looking at their lyrics, they are a bit repetitive.

I really can play this song over and over again. Though I kind of get annoyed by their voices in most of their songs. I really love this song. I remember this being one of my myspace songs last year.

So I am slowly becoming a fan of Kate Voegele. Though to me she has a sort of country voice but she has more soul than twangy countryness. She has passion in her voice. And I love any ballady song with piano alone.

I like the original with Cee-lo too but here is a special version with Se7en. This is a really good dancing song. Gets me really hyphed when I'm in the car.

I am not a big fan of Jonas Brothers but I LOOOOOOVVVEEE THIS SONG!!! I know Jonas Brothers are really teen boppy and everything and yeah I did not really care much for them until I actually saw this song on Disney (YES I WATCH DISNEY...i have younger siblings). Pachia posted the actual version a couple posts back but here is the acapella. I like the regular version better but the acapella really shows off their voices. Though sometimes I get annoyed by Joe's kind of..."whiny" voice like how it isnt really smooth and sounds like nails on a chalkboard in the beginning when he is like "ooohh yeahhh" but t hen he breaks into the smooth " if the heart is always searching...". But yeah I am becoming a teeny boppy fan of them. But yeah the LYRICS to this song are freaking HEART TOUCHING. Love it. But yeah the second one is the FIRST VERSION when they were younger. Nick's voice is all undeveloped. How did Joe's voice get so annoying now?

That Apologize song does not do One Republic justice. After listening to several of their songs, I really like One Republic style. The style of their songs are similar with that slow powerful songs with great lyrics. I love the part "all I need is the air i breathe, and a place to rest my head". Beautiful song.

Dude, Maroon 5 are freaking sexy. Adam Levine's voice is freaking sexy. Augh this songs makes me want to make babies with this man. It has sex appeal. Haha. I like the song a lot.

I love music. They give me warm cuddly feelings. Augh must continue to study for mid-terms tomorrow :(.
